Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It is designed to make yoga accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities, including those with restricted mobility, seniors, office workers, people recovering from injury, etc.
Chair Yoga offers a wide range of poses and movements that help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being, all while providing the same benefits as traditional yoga; strength, flexibility, mobility, as well as overcoming pain, anxiety, depression and stress.
Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a convenient way to stay active, Chair Yoga provides a safe and effective way to enhance your health and relaxation.
No experience necessary. Go at your own pace. Options offered in class. Yoga teacher, Nicole, has over 15 years experience and specialises in yoga for emotional regulation.
